Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion Line Plant

Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion Line Plant is a manufacturing setup designed to produce high-quality plastic films with multiple layers. The process involves melting plastic resins, such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, or PA, and extruding them through a circular die head to form a tube. The tube is then inflated and cooled with air to create a flat film. Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion Line Plant is capable of producing films with two to nine layers, depending on the design of the equipment. These are formed by feeding different materials into separate extruders and combining them in the die head.
